Hon. Ricardo M. Camacho together with Vice-Mayor Mylvin T. Junio and the SB Members start talks regarding the plan for the Municipal Solid Waste Management Facility.

The facility will contain other features which will enable the local government of Bayambang to control, maintain cleanliness and provide safe and environmental-friendly sanitary landfill.

Recent inspections were made by the Municipal Officials and constant monitoring by the Municipal Engineer has made the project run smoothly and be operational as soon as possible.

It was through the Mayor that a Sanitary Landfill be constructed to cater to the growing problem of garbage of the Municipality. Later reports shor that a separate company wanted to construct a P 250-M worth of Sanitary Landfill but was disapproved by the Mayor as it proved that garbages from other municipalities will also be dumped on the said landfill.

Although the Mayor rejected such project, he immediately consulted experts regarding the problem and what can be done to prevent it. As such, the Municipal Mayor decided to build its very own Municipal Solid Waste Management Facility to cater to the problem of garbage of the town.
